Abstract

This study discusses the relationship between compensation and work stress that affects work productivity. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of compensation and work stress on work productivity at PT Polycolor Prima Perkasa Cikarang. The technique used in this study in sampling using a non-probability sampling technique with a judgmental sampling method or commonly known as purposive sampling with a sample of 48 respondents were employees of PT Polycolor Prima Perkasa Cikarang. Data collection techniques by observing, interviewing and distributing questionnaires through the Google form. The data were processed using SPSS version 24. The results showed that simultaneously there was a significant effect of compensation and work stress on work productivity.
