Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of quality of work life and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Tambun Jaya Abadi. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. For data analysis using statistical tests and calculations using multiple linear regression with the Statistical Product and Service Solutions 25 (SPSS) program. The sample used was 40 people, data collection techniques by conducting interviews, observations and distributing questionnaires. Multiple regression Y = 4.185 + 0.320 (X1) + 0.346 (X2) + e. F test = 73.558 with a significance = 0.000 <0.05. So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of the t-test 1 of 3.010 with a significance value of 0.005 and the results of the t-test of 2 of 3.992 with a significance value of 0.000, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The effect of quality of work life and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Tambun Jaya Abadi is 0.799 while the remaining 20.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
