Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kecamatan Cikarang Barat
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline simultaneously on the performance of employees in West Cikarang District. The research method used by the author is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted in West Cikarang District. The research sample was all employees of West Cikarang Sub-District as many as 38 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, and multiple regression analysis which was calculated using statistical product and service solutions 25 (SPSS 25) program. The results of the t test show that training has a significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by the results of the t test obtained t-count is 2,256 with a significant level of 0.030 smaller than the standard error set at 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, motivation affects employee performance by 2,256, while work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the results of the t-test obtained by t-count is 3,724 with a significance of 0.001 smaller than the standard error set at 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, work discipline affects employee performance by 3,724. Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline and PerformanceDownloads
