Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of valuable discount vouchers on customer satisfaction at a retail store. Valuable discount vouchers are vouchers that offer significant discounts or other benefits deemed valuable to customers. This research was conducted because of the importance of understanding how this promotion strategy affects customer perceptions and their level of satisfaction. This research methodology uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 200 respondents who are regular customers at the retail store. The questionnaire was designed to collect data about customer perceptions of the valuable discount vouchers they received, as well as their level of satisfaction with the shopping experience at the store.

The results of data analysis show that valuable discount vouchers have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. The majority of respondents stated that discount vouchers provide an incentive for them to shop at the store more often. In addition, discount vouchers are also considered to increase the value of the customer experience and provide an opportunity to try new products or services. These findings have important implications for marketing strategy and customer relationship management. By providing valuable discount vouchers to customers, retail stores can increase customer satisfaction levels, reduce customer churn rates, and increase customer loyalty in the long run. Although this research provides valuable insights, some limitations must also be acknowledged. The data used in this study is only quantitative in nature and does not include other variables that might affect customer satisfaction. Therefore, further research with a more holistic approach can provide a deeper understanding of other aspects that are relevant in this context.
