Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, work environment, and incentives on
employee performance. This research is included in associative research using quantitative
methods and Sitanggang Questionnaires which were distributed to 30 respondents who are all
employees of PT Indonesia Epson Industry in the Quality Control section, and the research
method is linear regression analysis. Data processing through regression analysis using SPSS 20
for windows. The results showed that work environment variables had a positive and significant
effect on employee performance. motivation variable has no significant effect on employee
performance. incentive variable has no significant effect on employee performance.
