Maslahah : Jurnal Hukum Islam dan Perbankan Syariah is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal published by Islamic Family Law Department, Sharia and Law Faculty, Universitas Islam 45, Bekasi, Indonesia.
FOCUS
The focus of Maslahah : Jurnal Hukum Islam dan Perbankan Syariah is to provide scientific article of Islamic law (Sharia) and its applications in the field of banking and finance that developed in attendance through the article publications, research reports, and book reviews.
SCOPE
Maslahah journal welcome papers from academicians on theories, philosophy, conceptual paradigms, academic research, as well as religion practices. In particular, papers which consider the following general topics are invited.
